There is more to you than the thoughts passing through your mind. There is a part of you that can notice those thoughts, feel what is happening, and choose how you meet it. I call that awareness consciousness. To me, our soul and consciousness are connected to something greater than the body and the moment we are living in.

Turning inward and exploring consciousness
One of the practices that has shaped my spiritual path is learning to let the body grow deeply relaxed while the mind stays present. When we become still and follow the breath, our awareness can gently open beyond the thoughts and distractions of the day. There is no need to force an experience. Give yourself room to notice what comes up within you.
Through meditation, I let the body relax while keeping awareness gently present. As the mind settles, we become more aware of intuition, inner wisdom and the energy moving through us. I teach that consciousness reaches beyond our everyday senses, and stillness gives us space to explore. Meditation is a sacred part of my connection with God, Source and the light within us all. During a distance Reiki session, you can rest somewhere comfortable with your eyes closed. I work with focused attention and visualize white light moving from the crown down through the energy centers. Some people feel warmth or calm; some fall asleep; some don't notice a particular sensation. Every experience is personal, and there is no "right" way to feel.
Reiki is offered for relaxation and general well-being. It is not medical care, a diagnosis, or a substitute for treatment from a qualified health professional.

I have always been drawn to the sky and to the life and consciousness that reach beyond the world we see. I believe in otherworldly beings and in life across dimensions beyond our own. I am intuitively aware that we are connected through light, energy, and consciousness in ways that extend beyond the visible world.
I pay close attention to UAPs and other sky activity. When I share what I observe, I also share what I sense through my spiritual awareness. Looking up reminds me that the universe is vast, alive with energy, and connected through consciousness.

I speak about Kundalini from my own experience: I have lived through a profound awakening, and I understand how deeply this journey can affect a person. Angel numbers are one way I understand messages from the angelic realm. Each sequence carries its own meaning. This is how I read them:
