Jupiter

What it stands for

Jupiter is the planet of expansion. It is wise, warm and fair, it loves freedom, and it brings a feeling that things will work out.

The older books said the sign and house Jupiter sits in show where your best opportunities come from. It also helps you carry hard times and see their worth later.

Its challenge is too much of a good thing: taking good fortune for granted, letting chances slip by, leaving things undone.

How it was read before

Jupiter was the greater fortune, the larger of the two kindly planets. It is the biggest planet in our sky, and the older books said it touches everything.

They set it opposite Saturn. Saturn holds back and saves. Jupiter opens up and gives.

They believed Jupiter alone brings luck in the ordinary sense, and it needs the outer planets to lift it into something deeper.

Sit with this

Abundance is more than money. It is the good that keeps coming back to you.

Sit with this: what opportunity is sitting quietly in front of you right now, waiting for you to say yes?
